Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 working days.

We ship our products in secure and temperature-controlled packaging to ensure your premium dates arrive in perfect condition.
- Returns & Exchanges
Since these are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or damaged products for hygiene reasons.
However, should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours – we will of course find a solution.
